By using Kairos Core (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms.
2. Service
We provide workflow automation tools; features may evolve. Some features require a paid subscription.
3. Accounts
- Keep your credentials confidential.
- Provide accurate information.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
- Plans bill in advance on a recurring basis until canceled.
- Prices may change; we’ll notify where required.
- Payments via partners (e.g., Paddle / FastSpring). Taxes may apply.

6. Acceptable Use
- No illegal/infringing content or abuse of the Service.
- No attempts to disrupt or reverse engineer.
7. IP
We retain all rights to the Service; you get a limited license to use it.
8. Disclaimers & Liability
Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability for indirect or consequential damages.
9. Termination
You may stop at any time. We may suspend/terminate for violations or legal reasons.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Andorra. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Andorra.
